Designed by Gawron Turgeon Architects in 2016, Bartlett Woods in Yarmouth, ME is a 28-unit affordable housing apartment complex with one- and two-bedroom apartments for seniors. Designed with sustainability in mind, Bartlett Woods includes photovoltaic solar panels and a tight building envelope. Co-owned and co-developed by Yarmouth Senior Housing and Avesta Housing, construction was completed by Bowman Constructors in the fall of 2017.
