An update from GTA
At Gawron Turgeon Architects, P.C., we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality service, and making thoughtful decisions to ensure that the best outcome is achieved. This mission extends to our current work amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and we wanted to provide an update on how we are prioritizing the safety of our clients, colleagues and friends during this time.
As of Wednesday, March 18, GTA staff has been working remotely. This remote work will continue through April 30, pending further developments. As many of our clients care for our communities’ most vulnerable senior citizens, we are taking every precaution in keeping others healthy.
We remain dedicated to ensuring that your needs are met, providing you with the communication, assistance and attention to detail that you have come to expect from GTA. In order to continue providing services as promised, we have tested our technology infrastructure to support remote work and collaboration. Additionally, although our physical office is closed, we will have limited staff working on essential functions, such as maintaining the server, securing our mail and deliveries, and checking our general messaging system.
During this time, we will:
- Continue as planned with meetings about your project, scheduled primarily via GoTo Meeting and other collaboration platforms.
- Communicate daily with team members on collaborative approaches to projects.
- Confirm with each client prior to meeting for any field work and/or site visits.
- Stay in close communication with you and keep you abreast of any changes in how we work together.
- Email or post updates about new developments on our social media channels: LinkedIn | Facebook | Twitter | Instagram
We want to thank all of our team members, clients and colleagues for their ongoing support during this time. Please take care of yourselves, family and loved ones, and feel free to reach out to Sarah at swissler@gawronturgeon.com with any questions.
