Schooner Estates retirement community expansion

Gawron Turgeon Architects is designing a major expansion for the Schooner Estates retirement community in Auburn, ME.
This $12 million expansion will provide a new, state-of-the-art 66-unit assisted living and memory care home that is organized into three small homes, each with a comfortable and familiar design that will promote the residents’ independence and individuality.
