Schooner Estates Memory Care – Under Construction

Construction has started for the Schooner Memory Care Facility! Located in Auburn, Maine, the earth is literally moving to prepare the site for a new, state-of-the-art memory care facility which will dramatically increase Schooner Estates’ capacity to care for seniors experiencing loss of memory or cognitive function.
Gawron Turgeon Architects, P.C. designed this 66-unit, 48,000 SF building over a 12-month period, in collaboration with our project partners, Sandy River Company, Schooner Estates, Lincoln Haney Engineers, Sebago Technics, Bennett Engineering and Landry French Construction. The project broke ground in late October 2018 and is due for completion at the end of 2019.
