Stroudwater Lodge

Stroudwater Lodge is a 95,000 SF, full-service, Independent and Assisted Living community for seniors—its residents enjoy state-of-the-art living with daily assistance tailored to meet each residents’ specific need.

Situated on a beautiful wooded campus on the outskirts of Portland, Maine, the hubbub of downtown Portland is just minutes away. The wonderful outdoor setting inspired the design of a Maine lodge structure and interior that complements its neighbors, while also blending in beautifully with the natural woodland environment. This 95-unit community offers a variety of private studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments with beautifully detailed kitchens, patios and private balconies.

Common amenities include an eat-in tavern and dining room, a gourmet kitchen, a comfortable theater, a salon for hair and nails, a brain gym and also a gym for keeping seniors active. Residents can enjoy the great outdoors on the communal patio with its fire-pit, or by getting exercise on the beautiful walking paths that surround the lodge.
