As part of the The Downs development in Scarborough, Gawron Turgeon Dillon Architects, P.C. (GTD) was retained to provide design and construction administration services for a set of apartments and condos at the new Lofts @ 225 building.

Aiming to provide “compact luxury, inclusive utilities, and a prime location,” the building can be found in the Innovation District. Every unit is one-bedroom, ranging from 311-794 sq. ft. The building also consists of community space, storage, shared laundry, outdoor grilling space, and connections to upcoming walking trails.
