Biddeford Saco Dental Associates’ latest project set out to expand their dental practice in Saco, Maine. The expansion included architectural design, interior design, and furniture and fixture selection to service the second floor of their existing practice.

This 6,165 sq. ft. addition and renovation project was designed for a thriving dental practice with a need to increase capacity and improve the overall patient experience and accessibility. Focusing on an additional structure and the second floor of an existing practice, the project included a stair tower, elevator, lobby, ten treatment rooms, an open space with five treatment bays, and administrative space for the dental staff and management.

The design concept promoted a sense of calm, cleanliness and a cohesive experience. Using soft blues and grays against natural wood frames and textured fabric brings familiarity and calm, which is capped off with the gentle ambient lighting of the lobby and natural light across most of the treatment rooms.
