Gawron Turgeon Architects, P.C. designed this new pediatric dental office in Enterprise Business Park. This free-standing medical office building was carefully programmed to include 10 operatories, administrative space, a large break room for the staff, and a fun waiting area that incorporates a children’s play space. The 6,500 SF building was designed and sited to include a future 1,200 SF expansion—the dormered second floor can be utilized for future expansion.

Design features include a circular window in the children’s waiting area, which is placed at the perfect height for toddlers to be able to look outside. The custom sign designed by our landscape architect includes the silhouettes of the dentists’ three children.
