Avita of Stroudwater was designed by Gawron Turgeon Architects, P.C. as a state-of-the-art 45,000 SF memory care center dedicated to patients with Alzheimer’s and related diseases; this addresses a growing problem among aging populations.

The one-story, wood-framed building is based on a neighborhood layout and includes 60 resident rooms and resident common areas including: dining rooms, café, sun porches, activity rooms, and memory care gardens. The design also features a commercial kitchen, laundry facilities and administrative spaces for Avita staff.
