The Tiny Homes at The Downs are the first of its kind in the Scarborough Downs development. These one-story slab on grade homes are being constructed in the Town center residential division. The Tiny Home design features 1 bedroom, 1 bath and open concept kitchen/dining/living.

All eight of the homes are located on a dead end and are nestled near an undisturbed forested buffer and are within walking distance to the Downs town center. Site amenities include on site shed storage for Tiny Home residents and dedicated parking.

Gawron Turgeon Dillon Architects P.C. worked closely with Risbara Brothers on the design and layout of each home.
