The Landry/French Construction Office project set out to redesign the exterior and interior of their office in Scarborough, ME, while also adding an addition.
This project’s design changes included a new garage bay, additional windows throughout, new metal siding, and integration of the client’s branding and color palette throughout the building, but especially in the new facade facing a busy commuter hotspot in the area.
The office’s new garage bay supported the construction firm’s needs, while the expanded floor plan of the office itself increased capacity and use-of-space. New employee entrances and improvements to ADA accessibility added a layer of inclusivity, circulation of traffic, workflow, and privacy for anyone who interacts with the building.
A modernized exterior and the updated facade created a bold new aesthetic in the high-visibility route in Scarborough.
