Gawron Turgeon Dillon Architects, P.C. worked with Alpha Management for the design of a mixed-use building at 15 Plaza Drive in Scarborough, ME.

The goal of the project was to complete a three-story, wood-framed, slab-on-grade, mixed-use building with commercial space on the first floor, and eight residential apartments on the second and third floors. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and at least one bathroom.

Tucked back off of Route One, this multi-family building is close to shopping, schools, municipal services, and the community park.

GTD has also worked with Alpha Management on 10 Plaza Drive, a multi-story commercial building in the same neighborhood.
